I have trouble setting the device up, should I pick the headset it self or synapse? synapse isn’t working but when I switch it to the headset model in control panel it works, help anyone?

Did you already try repairing the Synapse 3 app or reboot your PC for further isolation? If the problem persists, let me know through PM and provide the Synapse version so I can help you escalate your concern to the software team for advanced resolution. Thank you!
