Blackshark v2 Pro 2023 Audio output doesnt switch if i turn of the Headset

Hey guys,

 didnt see this problem at my search so i open this thread here.

 

I just bought the Blackshark v2 Pro 2023 and everything is fine so far except for one thing.

If i turn of the Headset, the windows audio output doesnt switch automaticly back to speakers.

I just tryed things to solves this problem and realized that the headset output dont turn of in windows settings if i turn the headset of. it just turn of if i pull out the dongle and THEN the sound also switch like it should.

But i really dont want to always pull out the dongle tbh, does anyone have an idea to solves this issue?

Anyone know if there is a fix for this yet, seems like a bit of a glaring issue ? :(

Same issue here, just bought the headset and have also had mic issues, pretty disappointing since this was a lot more expensive than my previous headset (Logitech G432) but hasn’t been a great experience so far. I’m sure this would be easy to add as an option. Might consider refunding and switching to a different brand with more reliable/usable software.
