I’ve been struggling to use synapse settings. I was able to use properly before I hard reset my pc, but after the all installation, I am not able to use THX Spatial Audio. In the screenshots, its selected as thx but it doesnt apply at all. It stucked on stereo mode. I also found that my headset registered as speaker not headset, maybe this is causing the issue? I tried removing the app, installing synapse 3, or 4 couple times. I tried repairing it as well. I checked almost every forums, videos to fix it and contacted with support but they couldnt help it at all. I have been trying to fix it for more than 3 weeks now, and I am exhausted. I shared all screenshots that I think necessary. I started think to buy a new headset. I hope I can fix it with your help so I dont have spend more money into this bs.
