Hi, since one week I have very poor quality of sound on my blackshark v2 pro 2023. I hade no changes. Probebly only windows update.
Before it worked porfectly well, but since one week the quality is very bad. Just like in other comments. The bass is nealy gone while gaming to compare with one week before. Please help.
