Sadly, in the original post no solution has been described.
So I unsolded the board with the volume knob. Some demounting had to be done before.
Please tell me, where I can order the board with the volume knob.

Internal parts are not available to buy.
You have to search for damaged / used keyboard so you can pull the part from it… or search for similar rotary encoder (6-pin) / potentiometer and solder with a new one.
