I just got the blackshark v2 pro and tried connecting the headphones via the 3.5mm ports but the headphones dont come up on the razer synapse software, is this intentional or a bug?

    If you connect it via analog cable it'll not appear in synapse. Only headsets connected via USB are visible in Synapse.

    3.5 mm plug just deliver the audio data, no digital signature data gets involved
