I have a question. Does it work when you connect it via usb cable or does it specifically need to be connected with 3.5mm jack to work wired ?

From the picture that I saw, it does have a mini USB for charge but not a 3.5 jack.

I may be wrong but I think that the round hole under the right ear is to put the mic instead of being on the left side.

Can I ask a question, please

Didn't you just do it with this one ?

Yaeh, it's lame but can't resist to make this joke.

Nice and simple design.. Definitely looks Oldschool!!

Can I ask a question, please
Razer has consistently went out of their way to not address the sidetone volume issue. Since the mic signal is more than sufficient for any recording application, I am 100% convinced this is a software issue Synapse desperately needs to introduce a sidetone gain boost or fix this entirely. This is a $180 head set and Razer not addressing this is poor customer service.
wow it looks amazing
Merry Christmas Razer 😃 hohoho

looks like leather this time because lets be honest about the quality of the headband

I think it's the synthetic leather used in most of Razer products.
Time to earn some bucks.

truly comfortable, cant wait to pick this up soon 🙂
I have these headphones, and I am not quite sure, but the side tone is currently at 100% and I hardly hear myself. Could this be a defect? I am trying to return it if that's the case. I do love everything else about it, it is just the side tone is a deal breaker for me. If anyone has a solution please let me know.

Thank you in advance.

Had mine for a week. With small tweaks to the equalization settings, these are excellent headphones. The mic is great, perfect for discord and other communication apps. The THX settings are fun, probably a little overstated, but as the app is free with these headphones (it's added automatically to the synapse s/w) you can't really complain. Setup was as straightforward as it gets, plug in the dongle, pair the device then charge the battery. The price is about what you would pay for any wireless headphones in this class, so they seem good value too. I found that the battery lasts at least the stated 24 hours, I have used them most nights for about 3 hours for a week - and the battery is still at least 1/3rd charged. Overall definitely recommended.

Seems like a great experience, much more straight forward than I would expect!
Gotta try these headphone so to make better quality

I own the blackshark v2 SE, and I got a few complaints/suggestions. ditch the knob. It’s just another failure point and it has scratchiness when you turn it and it has a lower volume input. Also. The mic. It needs more backbone. It’s so loose that it really likes to slowly reposition its self. The wire frames, can we get something to lock them in place? They slip all the time, they don’t hold position, and from and aesthetic point of view, the lack of symmetry drives me crazy. Give em small detents to lock in place, or try a threaded clamp that we can twist to lock them down.

There are plenty of things y’all need to work out with these. HOWEVER, the sound is absolutely phenomenal. Lemme know if y’all want more feedback. I love these, but they desperately need a reworking for some of the basics.

i just wish all headset ear-cups material don't end up flaky after around 1 year.

oooh, i just found out it's using flowknit memory foam and the cups are not those flaky materials.

just this factor alone, it already qualifies as my next headset purchase.
I bought the Razer BlackShark V2 and they have a brutal sound quality !!! that the speakers are signal for the Razer BlackShark V2 PRO but the Razer BlackShark V2 PRO better quality in the microphone, it has Brutal!

I use the Razer BlackShark V2 to play Call of Duty and the headphones make me more competitive because when I use them I can hear the boxes with weapons and money from afar, and sometimes the colleagues are in the same room and they do not hear the boxes or they cannot distinguish the position or location of the box and that is this brutal!
I will never be able to afford them
Hi Razer Friends,

I just bought the Razer Blackshark v2 PRO and it's pretty amazing. Only thing is the EQ out of the box for games like CS GO, PUBG, Starcraft 2... are not good.

What are the best EQ settings? I cannot find anyone who has figured this out :(

Thanks guys!!
