Blackshark V2 Pro | Various EXTREME Audio Problems

Hi, I just bought a Razer Blackshark V2 Pro, hoping to use the THX Spatial feature that I was really enjoying previously, but upgraded.

 

I got all the software set up, Razer Synapse, Updated Firmware/drivers, etc, only for the audio to be COMPLETELY bugged out, problems include: audio crackling, random shifts in EQ, complete audio cutout, audio quality decreasing, brief volume shifting, etc

 

I’ve tried: Updating drivers, Updating Firmware, Reinstalling Synapse, Tweaking Windows Audio Properties, Changing dongle location, plugging dongle into USB A extension.

The ONLY fix I have found is to disable “Enable audio enhancements” in Signal Enhancements in Windows Audio Properties, but that also completely disables THX Spatial.

If there’s a solution to this that lets me keep all the features intact, let me know, thanks!

    The audio crackling, random EQ shifts, and cutouts are frequently caused by Razer Synapse software conflicts, faulty drivers, or wireless interference. Share with me via PM your Razer BlackShark V2 Pro's SN: (Follow steps here: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/548/~/how-to-find-the-serial%2C-product%2C-or-part-number-on-a-razer-device) together with the complete versions of your Razer Synapse, firmware and driver. I’ll use the said data to look for specific advanced configuration we can do to resolve this once and for all.
