Blackshark V2 Pro - Virtual speakers?

Please could someone confirm how many virtual speakers the Blackshark V2 Pro should have when in 'Game' mode? This is related to a support incident, not because I'm too lazy to read the technical specifications! :) If you could add a screenshot of Synapse to confirm your answer that would be extremely helpful! Very many thanks in advance.

    Sounds like you have the same bug as me then. It should have 7 virtual speakers, as per their website: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/3879/~/how-to-activate-thx-spatial-audio-on-the-razer-blackshark-v2-series I've had a support ticket open since July and they've been unable to fix it.

    on some youtube videos, the game mode looks more ridiculous. i hope razer fixes the problem

    It's still not fixed, and I reported it in July!! Synapse still does not behave as shown on their website (https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/3879/~/how-to-activate-thx-spatial-audio-on-the-razer-blackshark-v2-series). I guess this should be a big warning to anyone thinking about buying their top headset....don't, it's not working correctly!
