Blackshark V2 Pro - volume knob problem

I want to use the volume knob on the left to turn down volume to 0% but it's not possible. I can still hear it. Moreover the right speaker is buzzing a little bit while the knob is turned down to 0%. Did anyone have a problem like that?

    Hi. I'm also trying to get help with this. I have the same problem with the volume not turning to 0% when the knob is at minimum and I hear a buzzing noise on the right side but for me it happens when the volume is above 50%. I want to know if the product is faulty and if I have to use the warranty.

    While it is possible to adjust volume thresholds through a firmware update, the buzzing noise may be caused by a hardware issue. Please send me your serial numbers, so I can help you get sorted out. *Locking the thread to curb the conversation to PMs.
