Blackshark v2/THX problem sounds horrific

So I just got the blackshark V2, and per the reviews its amazing.. however im having issues with setup maybe? When I play games with THX game profiles, they DO NOT automatically come on (unless they are and I havent realized it) and when I hit manual with (thx competitive) on the game of choice.. it just sounds horrific... everything sounds SUPER spatial with NO BASS at all, all treble and the sound it just really bad.... Im not sure I have it set up properly, and im not sure why I have to manually set it and if its even using the game profile when I have it manual?? any suggestions

I also got my Blackshark yesterday and I am not able to use THX cant see any game and I am not able to set THX Spatial Audio as default device. Just sent a ticket...

do you have it hooked to the USB sound card.....If you look at my PIC above you should see in your sound settings "usb sound card" (set as default comms device) and THX spatial audio will then be able to set as "default device"... if that doesnt work try un installing all razor software, shutting down PC and plug your USB soundcard into a diff usb port then turn on pc and re download synapse...

I tried this it worked but still I have warning and THX doesnt work how it supposed to be...

when you see that warning, click on it.. it will ask you if you want THX SPATIAL as default.. click YES... in your circle... CLICK "SET AS DEFAULT

That's the problem it doesn't work...
Same problem here. Tried to install THX stand alone, it seems to install the windows device, but I fear it might mess with the Synapse 3 software.

I formatted my PC and now it works how it supposed to be. It is so sad that I had to do this but it was the solution I found. I tried everything and this was the last resort which worked.
