My question is, since I didn't get an activation code for the blackshark v2 x headphones, I can't use the 7.1 surround sound feature. If I buy the thx spatial audio program, will my headphones work?

Yes, you can use your headphones by purchasing the THX Spatial Audio. After purchasing THX Spatial Audio, an activation code will be sent to your email. Download the THX Spatial Audio app and log in with your Razer ID and then input the activation code.
