blackshark v2 x Headphones don’t emit any voices talking but still gives off regular sound

When I try to watch a YouTube video or something all of the background music plays but I can’t hear the actual speaker. The same thing happens in Fortnite if I do an emote that has words I can’t hear that and I just get the background music. I don’t know why this is happening i don’t think I’ve messed with them at all and this only happened recently they worked fine when I first got them.
