BLACKSHARK V2 X mic is not working

I just bought a brand new razer blackshark v2 x and the sound works (ps4 btw) but the mic does not seem to pick up any noise at all, I tried a ton of stuff and nothing is working. I also can’t hear my teamates in game… not sure if that is related. Has anybody else had this issue? And how do I fix it?

Hi, I am having the exact same issues except for I can hear my teammates that might but just be 8 performance issue or game issue. Bye, I just pulled mine out of the box and all of a sudden, the mic just stops working and I cannot seem to fix it. I've tried everything. I can't input the device like I go to input device on my PlayStation, and it doesn't exist and I think it's just the headset itself. I bought the headset brand new, and I can't even use the mic. I tried checking the button on the side. Overall, I think it's just a bad investment, because if you're still having this issue, then just get a new one, but if not and you resolve the issue. Um, tell me how so I can figure this out, please
