Blackshark V2 X not showing up in razer synapse 3
Hi,
I just bought a headset as above and when i plug it in, it wont show up on the synapse as a device. I've tried registering the product, restarting my computer multiple time, followed the razer troubleshooting guides and it still wont work.
My keyboard deathadder mouse and blackwidow keyboard are detected no problem.
The reason i'm trying to add the device is because i want to see if i'm able to adjust the EQ settings for the headset.
Any advice?

Odd, I'm having a similar issue with my Kraken Ultimate, perhaps this was caused by a driver update? Try rolling back the driver and see if that fixes anything.
+1Looney007Blackshark V2 X is an analog headset (using 3.5mm mini-jack). Only USB headsets are compatible with Synapse.
