Where did you purchase your headset? Did you encounter any error when you tried to register the device to your account? Please send me a PM with your headset’s serial number and the store invoice for validation. Then, save the shareable files via any online drive account listed here. Also, please try the troubleshooting steps in this article to fix the mic issue. All the best!
