i’ve put the right and i know it’s right product to activate 7.1 surround sound but i haven’t been able to register my product because it keeps saying i have an invalid product number

Blackshark V2 x product number invalid?
Ive recently bought the Razer Blackshark v2 X. The product number on the inside of the left earmuff is RZ04-0324. When I enter this into the device registration it says “Product number invalid” How do I fix this issue, should I enter a different product number?

Where did you purchase the device from?
the product number for the 7.1 srround license is different and generated by the serial number just recover your serial they will provide you a recover product number click here : https://mysupport.razer.com/app/self-help/index
