As the title says I got them for Christmas and I cant get the mic to work on them but they work on my phone. ANy solutions?

    I also have this problem and the input for the headphones is not there. I am using a laptop and updated all the drivers. I tried fixing the problem for at least 3 hours and found nothing. So if anyone could help that would be greatly appreciated.

    Yea I have updated everything right now my only solution i can think of is resetting my laptop but I dont knownif that will work or not either.
