Something to note that is some movies/shows I have locally and playthrough jellyfin/vlc/etc. have no audio while others do. If you’re experiencing this issue too, here’s how to solve it:
- Go to windows sound settings and disable “Allow applications to take exclusive control of this device” and “Enable audio enhancements”.
- Disable THX mode on the headphones in synapse.
You’ll be able to hear all audio now. Ideally, this shouldn’t be an issue, and you shouldn’t have to have THX on sometimes. I suspect this is a bug.
