I bought the barracuda x 2022 model headset today but it is not supported by the synapse app. Can you fix this problem? Is there an app I can use to customize my microphone settings?

The Razer Barracuda X 2022 is not supported in Razer Synapse. However, it is supported in Razer Audio App for Android and iOS. The headset is basically a plug and play device. Feel free to reach out via PM if you need further assistance.
