can't find 7.1 surround sound

I already download 7.1 surround sound software and it must use 7.1 surround sound then i follow the setup and it doesn't show 7.1 surround sound at the speaker.

    I've bin having the same issue since august 24, and still cant use it. hopefully this gets fixed somewhere in the near future. or they will have to refund me.
