Can't register my blackshark v2 x
I have some problem when i used my blackshark S/N to register product.
This is my S/N HN21-26D13406-100
register page notic : item serial number is unknows

Try without the hyphens (-). I have 2 Razer mice and 1 keyboard and all of them don't have any hyphens in the serial number :smile_:
