I tried to update my headset firmware, but the dongle is always not detected. Is there anyone who has the same problem? Is there a solution for this problem?

Hi there,
Are you using a USB hub? Try plugging it directly into your PC’s motherboard. If possible, try it on a different computer just to check if the same issue persists. Let me know how it goes via PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and for proper documentation.
