ma copine a commandé en compte invité sur raser un blackshark v3 pro pour mon Noël . J ai donc des difficultées a fournir une preuve d achat, et je souhaitait un casque compatible avec ma rog xbox ally x et ma xbox série x . Je ne sais pas si  ce casque peux me satisfaire. Donc comment puis je obtenir un preuve d achat solide et ce casque et t il compatible avec mes 2 machines ?. Merci de votre aide!.

Nonetheless, I used an online translation and understood that you need an official receipt and you want a headset that will work with your ROG Xbox 808 and Xbox Series X. Good news! The Razer BlackShark V3 Pro (Xbox version) is fully compatible with the Xbox Series X and the ROG Xbox Ally (your "ROG Xbox 808", a Windows handheld PC with an Xbox UI overlay). Now, to get the proof purchase, search your email (email address you used as guest when you placed the order) inbox, including spam/junk folders, for an email from Razer with the subject line containing "order confirmation" or "shipment confirmation". This email should contain a link to an “Order Information” page where you can view and print a copy of your invoice. If you can’t see it, PM me your order number and the email address you used to placed the order.

Ma copine a malheureusement effacé les emails pour ne pas que je découvre mon cadeau, puis le carton d emballage colis en déjà parti à la poubelle. Il ne me reste que le carton officiel du casque avec mes numero de série et produit. Le casque a étais acheté sur le site razor avec l adresse email : jenniferr

My girlfriend unfortunately deleted the emails so I wouldn't discover my gift, and then the outer packaging box was already thrown away. All I have left is the official box for the headset with my serial and product numbers. The headset was purchased from the Razer website using the email address: jenniferrouge@yahoo.com

The purchase date was November 29, 2025, not December 7, 2025, as I mentioned during registration. December 7, 2025, would be closer to the delivery date.

Please help me obtain my proof of purchase so I can return my headset and exchange it for a Blacksark v3 Pro (Xbox) version. Sincerely.

Here's what I managed to salvage from my package, which I had already thrown away. Then I retrieved it from my trash can in the rain! Hoping this will help me get my proof of purchase.
