Hello . I activated for headphones Razer Barracuda X "7.1. surround sound. " I have a problem, I can't activate "Thx spatial audio". I don't know where to get the code to activate. I don't know where this code is. I received a letter with codes by mail, but when I used them, I was told that "the code is not valid". And that's why I don't know Where do I find this code to activate"THX spatial audio"? Thank you. Help me find this code on my headphones.

    You have entered it on the wrong software. The THX Spatial Audio is different from the 7.1 Surround Sound feature. Please shoot me a message via PM along with your headset’s serial number so I can validate it and help you with the activation.
