This translates as:

I want to activate version 7.1, but at the time of purchase it didn't come with an activation number, and when I try to register it, it says it's already registered. Could you help?

When and where did you purchase your device? Kindly PM with your device serial number so I can check headset registration and verify if the store listed as an authorized dealer.
