Ever since I got my new BlackShark V2 Pro (2023), I've had an issue with their volume. They're too loud, and because of that, I hear a non-stop static (white noise). The newer 2023 version features a digital volume knob that adjusts the system volume, and unfortunately, that removes the ability to directly change the headset's volume.
To summarize, I'm looking for a way to reduce the loudness of the headset's drivers in order to eliminate the static (white noise). Is there a method or workaround that can achive this?
