Control Pod not working / connecting

My control pod had been working fine for the last 6 months.  I turn it on normally by holding down the wheel for 3 seconds.

Before this it has always work perfectly, no disconnects etc.

Hover a few days ago after starting up the PC it:

  • Immediately flash white and blue alternately, before this I always turn it on manually. 
    • It did not connect to bluetooth
    • Sound did not work
  • Clicking or holding the power or source buttons no matter how many times in a row, or length of time holding it down did nothing to change it from flashing white and blue.
  • When holding the bluetooth button down for 4 seconds it flashed blue quickly
    • However the PC could still not detect it, nor my iPhone or macbook.
    • When I turned “Bluetooth devices discovery” in Windows from “Default” to “Advanced” the PC could detect the pod as “Razer Nomv2 RC”, but I think it was called something else when it was connecting properly
      • After it says it connected it would then change status to “Not connected” and STILL the control pod flashes blue.
  • I have taken batteries out and also left it overnight with them.

I did no hardware changes at this time, there may have been a windows update recently.

I cannot reset it as it is done via Bluetooth connection to Synapse.

Im having the same issue, was the problem ever resolved?

i was using it on my PC less than a week ago, all of a sudden the pod flashes, but i can not get it to work

i was using it on my PC less than a week ago, all of a sudden the pod flashes, but i can not get it to work

I went through the online support process and they ended up having me return the entire product for replacement.
