I need help plss, the headphones work perfectly and I love them, I heard a little buzzing but is very quiet, but the cable is broken and you can clearly see exposed cables idk.
They came in the box like normal and everything and I only used them like 4 times and the cable was wrapped around so I didnt mess it and leave it like that, I stopped using them for like 6 months until my sibling decided to use them, she notice the fact that they were kinda broken or idk the term for that but at first it wasnt that so I didnt worry, until now that is fully exposed and I use them 24/7.
I buyed this in 2024 but it says the warranty doesnt apply. Im very sad because this are my fav headphones and they’re so cute so if I can do something please tell me
