Delete quick connect devices on android app

Hello, how do I remove the saved quick connect devices from my hammerhead true wireless 2nd generation on the android app?

I've read in posts that you double tap both buds and hold and it causes them to reset but this isn't working.

Model: Razer Hamerhead True Wireless (2nd generation)

Product Number: RZ12-03820100-R3G1

Hey any news? I'm having the same issue with my Barracuda pro:

Some rando connected to them on the train and now their phone is indefinitely on the list in razer audio. I tried resetting the headphones, the app, deleting cache, etc…

It's such a bummer there is no info on this online or even a simple delete button in the quick connect list :/

Hey, I finally got the instructions to factory reset my Razer BlackShark V2 Pro PS edition, and it removed the device for me.

Are you sure you did the factory reset for your headphone?

You may need to create a suppirt ticket with Razer, they are pretty good

Thanks

Wow thanks for replying so fast!

I found NOTHING online for the pro, I tried the buttons used to reset the barracuda X but it didn't seem to do anything…

All I could do was use synapse to reset the headset, which seemed to do something since ANC turned off?

But I'm not so sure it was a real factory reset…

What did you do on your device? I'll prob submit a ticket eventually, but it's not a pressing issue, just a little annoying.

Cheers on getting your issue resolved!

Ok, theres my steps they gave me

You can have a try. But just fyi, this steps is for blackshark v2 pro playstation edition

1. Ensure that the headset is not connected to any Bluetooth devices or the wireless dongle.

2. The device should be powered on.

3. Press the power button 3 times, and hold for 10 seconds on the third press. Sequence of 1st press > 2nd press > Hold 10 seconds on the third press.

4. Audio prompt of "Factory reset" will be heard.
