Hello Everyone,

I have given up on my new blackshark v2 x usb headphones.

Every morning when I begin my day, I start my laptop and these headphones don’t have any sound in them.

So, I have to first uninstall the SurroundSound app, restart the laptop, install the app again.

Only then the sound comes and I can begin working after 10-15 minutes of this daily drama.

I have a tight schedule, I have to work on all 7 days of the week, so I can’t afford to waste time on this process.

I bought these headphones because of its brand name, but it is opposite of the brand’s popularity.

Can someone please, for the love of god, tell me on how to avoid doing this.

I have tried all possible workarounds already as I didn’t get time to type it all here till now.

Since about 2 weeks I was doing the same thing, but today finally I took some time to type it here.

I did it because of the love that I have for the brand Razer, nothing else.

If someone cares, please reply with a solution, if not, I’d have to live with it as it can’t be returned now.
