Don't have activation code for 7.1 sound.

Hello, I am from Poland, I bought Razer blackshark v2 X headphones in the official electronics store Mediaexpert. Inside the box I did not find the activation code 7.1. What can I do in this case? I registered my product on the Razer website in my account (from which I am writing to you now)
