I have issues with my Razer Nari Ultimate bought on 06. Juny 2021. recently it stopped working (I guess it’s not pairing with the dongle anymore). I can still power on my Razer Nari Ultimate and it also gives out the powering up sound and it starts lighting up, but i can’t find it in my audio devices anymore. I researched a lot lately and found the “Dongle Recovery Tool v1.02.00 and the Razer Nari Pairing Utility v1.01.00. I tried both of them but none are working.
Here in the picture is the Recovery Tool saying “Reovery is needed” i clicked on the “Recover” button and now it looks like this and no “loading bar” is shown as in all the screenshots i have found on the support side and on the internet in general. I even tried it on a completely other PC and it is still the same issue.
I hope I could explain the problem good enough (I’m from germany) and someone or even the Support can help me fix the connection problem, because I love that Headset and want to use it again.
