I bought razer kraken tournement edition like a month ago and everything was fine but for like 2 weeks the eq hasnt been working for some reason and it happened right after a synase update how can ı fix this issue

My EQ was not working until I updated my default audio driver (Realtek(R) Audio) to Microsoft High Definition Audio Device (most recent version) in dev manager -- go to dev manager > sound video and game controllers > choose your default sound driver properties > driver > update > browse my computer > let me pick > UNCHECK show compatible hardware > Microsoft > most recent High Definition Audio Device Version > let it do its thing then restart. I did this on my Acer Predator Triton 500 SE with the Razer BlackShark v2 Pro to make everything work. Note that after installing Synapse your sound settings should select THX Spatial Audio in System > Sound. Not saying this will fix your problem but it might!
