Hola, compre los razer blackshark v2 x y quieria instalar el software para el 7.1 Surround Sound. Sin embargo me aparece un error, ya investigue y busque información de como solucionarlo y nada de lo que hice me ha funcionado, intente : Eliminar mi antivirus, desactivar mi firewall, reiniciar mi pc, mi modem, desactivar IPV6 borrar las todo lo relacionado con razer para que no interfiera con la instalacion.
Sin embargo se sigue presentando el mismo error:

Ya lo solucione, Borra los archivos temporales y los que tengas en tu disco “Archivos del programa x84” y “Archivos del programa” y funciona.
