Error when using Hammerhead True Wireless

I feel a little frustrated, I have purchased the Razer Gear Mobile, but the headphones are giving me a problem.

The first time I used it without a problem, after the first charge was exhausted I put them in their compartment for one night, the next day I wanted to use them but the left side did not work, I have carried out all the synchronization recommendations without success.

I tried to restart the charger allowing the charge to run out completely, but then I started another problem since the one on the right side did not work either, and I have noticed that the synchronization mode now works the other way around, I have to open and close the box and only like this the application recognizes them, although it tells me that the connection was not successful
