Am having some issue with my mic too
same issue. nothing is fixing the mic issue on pc. My razer app isn’t even recognizing the headset.
guys so I searched and tried everything but it turns out my problem was as simple as pressing the unmute mic button on the headset….
What worked for me is settings>system>sound>input select the input device and change the format to 2, channels,16 bit,48000hz(dvd quality). You can test every one of them in discord by going into setting>app>voice and video. If this one doesn’t work for you, just stop testing, change the format, then start testing. Repeat till you find what works best for you.

At the risk of sounding stupid, did the same thing, i had depressed the mic mute button on headset…
Ok here is a heads up.
The mic button is a toggle switch.
Toggle in to disengage the microphone.
Toggle out to activate the microphone.
Yeah it works backwards to what you expect.
