I couldn’t find anything to help me i tried everything.
-charging it to 100% to see if its the problem up
-updating drivers
-updating windows
-cleaning the headphones and inputs etc
and some other
i noticed the mic works on the jack and bluetooth for some reason and after playing with the setthings here is the fix!
Go to setthings > System > Sound > Properties (of the mic) and disable audio enchantments! that’s it now it should work.
It’s not razer’s fault tbh it’s more on microsoft and them enforcing some stupid setthings on us :/
