    Are you sure you turn off Hammerhead by long pressing the middle button (you can hear the sound of shutting down)? Lights on my Hammerhead are on only when the device is turned on. When I turn it off, lights are off, too.

    I'm pretty sure my Hammerhead BT's light pulse green on and off. and then pulse red when they are needing charge Until I turn them off completely (holding down the middle button) and then no lights come on.
