Is there any real reason to use them? They fall off constantly, when I am wiping them clean, or even just removing them from my ears. Can I just toss them and do without?

    I assume you are talking about the silicon covers that come with the Hammerhead True Wireless earbuds? I find mine were not good as well, and I have been using them just fine without the covers for several months with no issues.
