Hammerhead Earbuds stop responding

Brand new out of the box fully charged earbuds not responding or pairing. Had theses for 24 hours. They worked after charging and pairing the first time but after returning to case to charge they do not respond at all. The case shows fully charged. I open the case and nothing. I have tried to push the button on the ear buds and nothing happens. I think I have a bad set. I went through the online tutorials and videos and nothing as worked what am I missing? I appreciate any insight, but think I have a bad set.

You are not alone.. I am having the same issue with one of the earbuds. One still works, the other one does not respond to anything. I have posted this problem a while ago on the forum, without any response.. Hopefully someone can help us.
