If you plan on buying this headset for gaming on your PS5 or XBOX. DO NOT BUY IT. RETURN IT IF YOU CAN. Razer completely got this one wrong.

The frequency which the dongle uses competes with the frequency of the controllers. So either you mic or spund quality will degrade. You will sound like it is very far away or underwater and muffled, or your controller will start to lag and do things on its own and make you think you have drift. 

It's very frustrating because I love Razer but they got this wrong and they are NOT addressing this issue. I've been dealing back and forth with support and they just want to keep sending RMAs. I've asked to send back the device so I can get a refund so i can buy a different headset but they are just trying to replace the device and it's making me lose faith in the company.
