Hello.
I'm on my third pair of headphones and all three times I've received them with at least one side not working.
The first two times I thought it was just bad luck and returned them, and ordered new ones, but now I'm starting to think it might be something else.
At the moment the only one that works is the right one. The left one doesn't even make a sound when I open the charging case. I've tapped it 3 times and held it down, I think that resets it, but there's no sound, as there is with the right one.
Am I the unluckiest buyer of these headphones or is there something I'm missing?
