Hammerhead True Wireless Connection Problem

I just bought Hammerhead TWS today and firstly I charged it's case with earbuds inside it. After the green led blinked, I unplugged charge usb and I tried to connect it to my pc(I have got usb 4.0 dongle for bluetooth) and to my mobile phone(Samsung Note5) but bluetooth cannot detected my Hammerhead. Is there anyone who can help me?

I have too a problem with my razer hammerhead. I bought them today.I changed the case with the earbuds inside it. I downloaded the firmware update, then I connected it to my laptop (IdeaPad L340-15IRH 4.2 Bluetooth) and I listened to music normally ( I had the application opened at my phone. I disconnected the earbuds and then I tried to connect it to my phone (Xiaomi mi play) I heard music for some minutes and then one of the earbuds ( the left one) disconnected. I tried to connect the earbuds to my laptop again and I have the same problem.
