Dear Razer,
My left earbud is turning on and has light and connecting and does jestures but it won't produce any sound, while the right earbud work just fine.
I looked for warranty support too, but when I put the serial number it said it’s not under warranty anymore. I purchased these earbuds less than a year ago and I’m sure about it.
