Hammerhead True Wireless not pairing (not visible)

I recently purchased a Hammerhead True Wireless.

I fully charged the earbuds inside the case for a night. The light is green.

I followed the instructions to pair them to my iphone, but when I open the lid I hear no sound and no device is visible in my phone

I also tried with another phone (Android), same result.

Kindly let me know what I can do, or I’ll be forced to return it back.

    Please make sure that there are no connected devices to your phone via Bluetooth while pairing it with your Razer Hammerhead True Wireless. You can also watch this video for a step-by-step guide. If that didn’t work, then you can send a PM along with its serial number so I can look for other troubleshooting steps that we can attempt.
