Hammerhead true wireless out of sync

Does anyone know how to reset them?

You are suppose to just place them in the BOX, and close the lid, wait 5 sec, and take them out. You might need to FORGET all connections from your devices, in order to get it back into PAIRING MODE.

I did that, this started happening after an update on the hammerhead TW app and now I can only use one or the other. Not both at the same time.

If you weren't able to fix this what I did was tap the earbuds 3 and hold down on the third tap. That should "Reset" them.
