Hammerhead True Wireless X unable to connect pc

Hi, I just bought Razer Hammerhead True Wireless X and paired them with my Iphone but when I tried to pair them with my pc —via usb dongle 5.0—, initially the connected sound appeared but immediately they are disconnected. Notes:
  • They are fully charged
  • My dongle works well with other devices
  • I kept the lid of the case open while trying to connectec them
  • I tried it after and before of updating the firmware
I appreciate some help because I don't know if their some problem with earbuds.

Does your PC have a built-in BT or you're using an adapter? Try to update the BT driver and scan for Windows OS update. If that didn't help, PM me the serial number of your earbuds so I can validate its model and check for other model-specific steps to help you resolve the problem.
