The pairing utility listed on the Blackshark V2 Hypespeed’s page no longer works !!! After a lot of digging (un-necessary IMO) I realized ya’ll have an udpated pairing utility for the headset that was not mentioned on the page for the headset ... please update & keep the page updated i have no idea why the dongle and headset lose their pairing and i need to re pair them if i use bluetooth for too long but this runaround was nuts when i was trying to hop on a game session with my friends!!

but not on the individual product support pages which is what i was led to click. eg. Downloads on https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/13436
