Hello Razer
I experiencing issues with the headset with it disconnecting. I cleaned out the audio port and evreything but it still keeps on doing that. If I close my Razer synapse app it resolves the issue but that's sad because I would like to keep it collored. I looked up on google how to fix it and I tried evreything and I see otehr peole having the problem too! the serial number of my headset is
