Headset connect to other device

What to do, cause my Razer Kraken Kitty connect to other device not audio .. In device manager it shows in Human Interface Devices. I have try connect to other laptop , it working but not at my pc . Please help how to solve this

Do a clean Synapse reinstall: 

  1. Uninstall Synapse
  2. Download & run this tool: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj to remove any razer drivers/leftovers
  3. Then restart your PC
  4. After reboot install Synapse again (as administrator).

Let me assist you with your headset. Can you uninstall your audio drivers by following the steps below? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and look for troubleshooting steps that might address the connection issue you're currently experiencing.

  1. Open the "Device Manager".
  2. Expand "Audio inputs and outputs".
  3. Right-click the headset and select "Uninstall device".
  4. Restart the computer to fully remove the drivers. They will automatically reinstall upon restart.
